Booking Instructions & Additional Information
- Once the intent to reserve the condo for vacation time has been established.
- Check the available dates (click “Check Availability” then click beginning day of stay and last day of vacation.)
- Then click “Book It Now” at bottom right. This will show you the booking details only (Availability and Cost).
- Next read the Rental terms and Conditions and if you agree check the box. Next click “Confirm Order”
- Fill in “Registration Form” and pick a password. This information will be forwarded to the owner (Wayne Matthews) to corresponded and arrange for payment. An email of the transaction will be sent to the owner (Wayne Matthews) at which time the owner will call to verify the vacation transaction before processing the payment. You will also have the option to pay by certified check or money order.
- Congratulations you have just booked a Wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach at the Margate Towers @ Kingston Plantation.
The Next and Last Steps
- A copy of the Policies/Terms & Conditions will be emailed to the register user.
- The registered users are expected to mail a signed copy of the Policies/Terms & Conditions along with a copy of his/her driver’s license to complete the transaction.
- When paying by check mail lease agreement along with payment.
- The balance of the entire amount must be received 30 days prior to the first day of occupancy. At this time a separate check for $200 for security/damage fee is required.
- If the booking is within the 30 days of occupancy, the entire amount, including all fees, will be required in the form of money order or certified check unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit cards.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days of occupancy, or the complete second payment is not made within the 30 day time frame, then the reserved dates will be placed back on the market. Deposits will be returned if the space can be re-rented; a pro-rata refund will be issued less the 20% cancellation fee.
- The security fee will be returned within 7 days after departure, when it is determined that there is no damage, excessive cleaning or missing items) Vacation insurance STRONGLY recommended & purchased on your own.

- During peak season, rentals are Saturday - Saturday
- Dates are reserved upon first payment and confirmed with payment of the balance.
- Until confirmed, all rates subject to change without notice.

- No PETS Allowed (association does not allow, this policy is strictly enforced)
- Non-Smoking Unit. (Permitted on balcony only)
- The Security Deposit/Damage fee is fully refundable
- No deposit required for returning clients.
- Rentals include bed linens and towels.
- Want to have a two week vacation? Ask for rates!
- Departure cleaning fee of $75
- There is a 12% South Carolina tax on rental fees.
- We only accept payments for the exact amount due for Reservation Bookings.
- Occupancy is, at this time, limited to 10 people.
